**AVAILABLE IN 12 OZ. SIZE ONLY**
We can’t remember ever tasting a coffee from Zambia before this one - and certainly not a natural process bean that also undergoes anaerobic fermentation! The result: FRUIT PUNCH!!
This zingy and bright coffee is grown on the Kateshi Estate, one of the first coffee farms in Zambia. Not only that, but the efforts of the estate contribute financial support to provide clean drinking water to over 20,000 local residents, and they invest in the community through three schools and a health clinic.
We’re not done yet…! Kateshi Estate goes even one step further and challenges gender stereotypes by employing women for traditionally male-dominated roles such as driving tractors, bull-dozers and road graders.
The result is a meticulously grown and processed bean that we couldn’t resist. The anaerobic fermentation takes this natural process bean to the next level! We roasted this light to preserve the lively acidity, and we think you’ll enjoy the passion fruit and pineapple notes that also (in our minds) herald the arrival of warmer temps here in New England - enjoy!!
