It’s been a while, but we’re excited to introduce a brand new offering from Nicaragua!
This bean comes from Promotora de Desarollo Cooperativa de las Segovias (PRODECOOP), a co-op sourcing from a network of farms in northern Nicaragua - about a third of which are women-owned.
We found this coffee best presented at a touch past our usual “medium” roast profile. There’s a nice red apple note in the first sip, followed by a caramel-like sweetness and dark chocolate base. If you’re a fan of our Peru or Guatemala, this offering falls right in between those two. We hope you’ll give this one a try and enjoy it as much as we are!
