We work with some great importers, and they consistently bring in great coffees from all around the world. When we got wind of this holiday-esque blend of beans, we jumped on it!
This offering came out really nice as a solid medium roast, with beans from a natural process Ethiopia Guji and a washed process Papua New Guinea. We tasted a black cherry base, with fruit cake and baking spice notes on top. It’s complex and interesting, and fits the season nicely as the days get shorter and the cold seeps in.
We brought in only a limited amount of this, and will only be selling it in 12 oz. bags. We expect that it will sell out well before Christmas, so grab a bag soon and spread some holiday cheer through coffee. This would make a great addition to your seasonal gatherings or as a gift for friends and family!
